yessssssssssss.
I just have to survive midterms first. I don't have much else to update about because my life has been consumed by loads and loads of work. Here's what I'm working on (boring school stuff):
Thursday - hand in my sketchbook to be graded. I have so so so much work to do on my sketches!
Monday - Gothic Lit presentation. I chose to present on modern film/TV using Gothic themes as a way of veiling more serious issues and turning them into something easily consumed by the masses. Still working on streamlining the name of the topic...
Tuesday - English Novel 19th c. essay. I have no clue what I'm going to write about seeing as I'm completely disinterested in this class.
Thursday - Self-Fashioning essay on an autobiographical text of my choice. Haven't picked one yet but I'm thinking of doing something I've already read, like Kerouac or Ginsberg so I have more time for my other work, even though I really want to read Fitzgerald's The Crack-Up and this is a good opportunity to.
See, I told you that would be boring. I also have to read like 3 more books before spring break and work on research for that book, so I'd better get on that. 11 more days!
